December Origami Club 12月の折り紙クラブ

In our December Origami Club, we had 3 children & 1 adults joined from California,  Netherlands, and Switzerland! One student even joined from a train! Thank you for joining!

After briefly going over Japanese New Year traditions, we made four kinds of pouches to add gratitude notes, letters, or money. 

Students shared their modifications they discovered during the workshop, as well as ideas of what to put in those pouches! I love the collaboration happening among students. 

Keep creating and keep discovering!

12月の折り紙クラブはカリフォルニア、オランダ、スイスからお子様3名、大人1名がご参加くださいました！休暇帰りの電車の中から参加してくださった生徒さんも。ありがとうございます！

お正月の簡単な説明をした後、ポチ袋4種を折りました！

ワークショップ中は、「ここをこう折ったら、こちらに差し込めるよ！」とか「こんなのも入る！」など、生徒さんが発見をシェアする場面も！

こうしてみんなでアイデアを出し合いながら発見を分かち合える時間って最高。
