Happy New Year!
I made a simplified version of a traditional food called Osechi, and New Year soup called Ozouni. These are usually passed down to family to family and my family recipe is based on white Miso topped with chestnuts.
Asagao Japanese is welcoming its second year and I am excited to keep learning and sharing the Japanese culture with you.
May your 2021 be healthy and filled with abundant happiness.

白味噌のお雑煮は最後に栗を入れていただきます。
