Happy New Year! 謹賀新年

Happy New Year! 

My family new year soup contains the roasted chest nut at the end.  But I couldn’t find them on time.  Osechi, the new year food isn’t complete, but good enough for the occasion.  

We walked around the neighborhood and hung out in the backyard enjoying the sweet flower scent floating in the air.

This year will be my “action year”—I will be challenging to do new things.　It’s been stop and go for this blog, but I will start again.

2017 had passed so quickly.  I am grateful of all the new friendship in person or through Facebook and blog.  May the year of 2018 be healthy and blessed!

明けましておめでとうございます。本年も宜しくお願い致します。

うちの実家のお雑煮は関西の白味噌。最後にむき栗を散らすのですが、見つけられず。お節も足りないものも沢山ありますがなんとか形だけでも間に合いました。

いつも元旦は家にいないことが多いので、今年はこうして家で迎えられることに感謝です。

午後は近所を散歩。どこからかほのかに届く花の香りを楽しみながら裏庭でのんびり。

今年は行動の年、「めんどくさい」をやめて色々なことに挑戦していきます。このブログも行ったり来たりでしたが、心新たにまた始めます。

２０１７年もあっという間に過ぎ去り、新地で出会い育んだご縁、お会いしたことはなくてもFBやブログを通して繋がったご縁に感謝しつつ、２０１８年も健康が守られ素敵な一年になりますように。
