Talentology-Sainougaku: to discover one’s “mission in life” to make the most out of one’s talent.
右脳左脳論で顕在意識と潜在意識のことについて学んだ後は、次元論です。
次元論。
まるで自分との対話。
人生を8段階のステージで示し、
8が悟りの境地とするならば、1は地獄。
そして人はこのステージを行ったり来たりする、というのです。
逆に言えば、この視座を知ることで、自分を客観視できるということ。
自分の感情や想いやゴールが、どの段階なのか分かると、おのずと自分のとるべき行動が見えてきます。
そして冷静に居場所を確認できたなら、後は前進できるのです。
3回にわたるこの講座のすごいところは、講義が終わって、「はい、じゃあこれで全てオーライ」ではないところ。
七條先生はおっしゃいます。
「さぁ本番です。ここからがスタートなんです。」
「え？これで終わりじゃない？」
が私の反応。（笑）
そう、だからスタートアップコースなんですね。
700の視座を手に入れた。それは、いわば武器や道具を手にしたことに過ぎないんです。
ここからは、行動。修行。

このスタートアップコースは私に「生きやすさ」を教えてくれ、700の視座を備えてくれ、行動する勇気をくれたんですね。
そうは言ってもなかなか難しいもの。
道具の使い方もわからないことがいっぱい。
そのために月に一度、少人数勉強会「柱合会議」（仮名・無料）を開催してくださっています。ここでみっちり復習し、みんなでシェアしながら才能学的な解決法、解釈法を教えていただけます。
そのほか、カテゴリー別オンラインサロン（有料）では、所長である七條先生から才能学的な課題や話題を毎日提供してくださり、行動するきっかけをくださいます。
行動するかしないかは私次第。
修行ですからね。待ってるだけじゃダメなんです。

アップが多いスタートアップ講座でしたが、ダウンしても大丈夫。
だって700の武器がありますからね。
未来は明るいです。

After learning about Right・Left brains & Conscious & Unconscious, we are moving onto Dimension Theory.
Dimension Theory— I felt it is intimately a dialogue within myself.
If we were to divide our lives into stages, there are 8. 8 being enlightenment and 1 being in hell. Shichijyō Sensei says that we move around these 8 stages.
In other words, once I understand this view point, I am able to observe myself from a bird’s the view.
Once I understand the present situations and where I am at regarding my emotional state, my views and goals, I am ready to execute action and to move forward.
The unexpected fact of this course was that it’s not like I am all good to go out to the world after these lectures. Instead, he said to me, “Now, the real beginning starts from here”.
“What?! It’s not the end? It’s the start?” I replied.
That’s why the name of this course is “Start-up.”
So I gained 700 viewpoints.
But it only means I am now equipped with tools and weapons.
I need to be able to use them.
To use them well, I need training; I need action, in order to become the best version of myself.
Though it’s pretty difficult, isn’t it?
I can’t become an expert on 700 weapons overnight.
So he host a free, monthly review sessions with small groups who finished this course. We share our questions and he answers questions with the Talentology interpretations.
He also offers online communities based on the categories of the Talentology. There is a daily topic and interaction among members who are under the same categories.
The decisions to make actions is left up to me.
It’s a training of life. The initiative must be made; waiting won’t change anything.
The take aways of the six month in Talentology:
Understanding own talent to recognize own merits
Achieving the goals using conscious and unconscious
Improving performances by controling the brain waves with mental training
Speeding up the action with birds eye views of the life’s 8 stages.
smoothing communication skills with people around us
There are lots of positivities in this course. But sometimes the life could bring us down, and that’s okay. I own the 700 tools to get by.
My future is bright.
