September Japanese Class at Preschool 9月の幼稚園で日本語クラス

New school year has begun in September! The Japanese lesson at the preschool by the ocean kicked off again!

I was sad not to find the graduates who left the school last year, but instead I was delighted to see few friends joined the circle and excited for our fun year!

Our usual favorites, books and songs, repeated again and we had so much fun together in class!

“Can you play with us outside, Mis Megumi?”

Of course, I do! I would not turn down such invitations by these angels!

“Can you chase us, Miss Megumi?”

Of course, I can chase you! Under the sunshine, we ran around for a long time. It was one me against 12 children. It was hard! This is my favorite time once a month to super charge my heart with pure joy. 

The children who were too shy to come talk to me and just look at me from afar took my hand this time, showing me around the gardens they love. I was in a happy place!

We fed the chicken together and picked up eggs. What a rich experience this school offers to the children. What a wonderful environment they provide!

My room lit up with the beautiful flowers and a thank you card the teachers gifted me.

9月から新学期。お世話になっている海の見える幼稚園での日本語レッスンが再開しました。

5歳になり卒業して行ったお友達もいて少し寂しかったですが、その分新しいお友達が増えていて、また今年も気持ち新たに臨みます。

お馴染みの絵本も手遊びもみんなで楽しく！

教室で学んだ後は「一緒に外で遊べる？」

とお誘いが。勿論ですとも！

去年は恥ずかしくて遠くから私を見ているだけだったお友達も今年はひとつ大きくなって、いっぱいおしゃべりして、いっぱい私の手を引いて色々見せてくれました。嬉しすぎる！

「僕たちのこと追っかけてくれる？」勿論ですとも！お天気も良く一緒に走り回りました。子供12人対私の鬼ごっこ。かなりハード！でも本当に楽しくて幸せ。月に一度の充電日です。

飼っているチキンに一緒に餌をあげて、たまごを拾って。なんて豊かな子供時代。本当に素晴らしい環境。

素敵なカードとお花も早速お家で飾りました。
